This Privacy Policy explains how Wellness At Work LLC ("we", "us") handles information you provide when using the OSH restaurant operations service ("the Service") at participating restaurants, including via phone call, website, or SMS text message.
1. Information we collect
When you join a restaurant's waitlist through the Service, we collect the minimum information required to hold your place in line and notify you when your table is ready:
- Your name (or a caller-ID placeholder if speech recognition fails)
- Party size (number of guests)
- Your phone number (captured from your caller ID during a voice call, or entered by you during the call)
- The time you joined the queue and service-related timestamps (called, seated, departed)
We do not collect payment information, email addresses, government IDs, location data, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used only for the following purposes:
- To place you on a restaurant's waitlist and estimate your wait time
- To send you a one-time SMS confirmation with your pickup code and a link to track your place in line
- To send you an SMS when your table is ready and, if needed, a follow-up SMS if the host has called your name more than once
- To display aggregate wait-time information on the public queue page (no personal identifiers)
3. SMS messaging consent and opt-out
You opt in to receive SMS messages only by explicitly consenting during the voice phone call: the automated system asks you to press 1 to confirm that the phone number shown is correct for receiving your confirmation text. Pressing 1 is your express consent to receive waitlist-related SMS messages at that number.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Twilio will process your opt-out automatically and you will receive no further messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: typically 1 to 3 messages per visit (join confirmation, table ready, optional reminder).

4. Third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with:
- Twilio, Inc., our SMS and voice communications provider, which processes your phone number solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Twilio's privacy practices are available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
- The participating restaurant whose waitlist you joined, for the purpose of operating their queue (e.g., the host sees your name and party size to seat you).
We never share your information for marketing, advertising, or analytics beyond what is required to operate the waitlist.
5. Data retention
Waitlist entries are stored for the duration of the service day plus a limited retention window for operational analytics. After that window, individual personal data is deleted. Aggregate, de-identified statistics (wait times, turn times, histograms) may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and store data in a managed database with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited personal information we hold.
7. Your rights
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Because we collect very little, and because waitlist data is routinely purged, your information is typically removed automatically within a short period.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the latest revision.
